Scope:Full renovation of Lairg Lodge’s internal living spaces, including hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas.
Located in the heart of the Highlands, this project involved the full Phase One renovation of a beautiful property in Lairg, delivered as part of a wider programme of planned estate improvements.
Challenges
Lairg Lodge required the first phase of a planned programme of estate upgrades to be delivered to a high standard, with multiple trades coordinated efficiently across the renovation works.
Solution
SB Services brought together its in-house joinery, electrical, plumbing and decorating teams to deliver a seamless, fully integrated renovation solution, expertly managed by Construction Manager (North), Iain Mackay. Every trade played a key role in achieving a high-quality finish, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail and client satisfaction throughout the project.

- Successful completion of Phase One of the Lairg Lodge estate upgrades.
