Design & Planning
SB Services in-house M&E design team delivers fully coordinated mechanical and electrical design solutions tailored to the requirements of each project. Covering electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarms, heating, plumbing, HVAC and drainage systems, our experienced team supports projects from concept through to delivery with energy efficiency modelling, CAD/Revit/BIM workflows, specification writing and compliance design checks.
Installation & Commissioning
Our experienced M&E teams provide fully integrated installation and commissioning services across commercial, industrial and residential projects.
